If we mutually decide to move forward after our call, you will receive a follow-up email with the travel services agreement and invoice for the trip design service. Once the fee is completed, I begin researching destinations, experiences, and trusted partners aligned with your goals.

Once you approve the proposal, I manage every piece of your trip—including flights, accommodations, activities, transportation, special experiences, and process the payments. I stay in close communication with updates, reminders, and support.
Book & Manage

Before travel, you’ll receive a beautifully organized itinerary and final documents. This includes things to know, dress codes, cultural information, and a detailed checklist to ensure you feel prepared and excited to travel. I remain available throughout your journey for anything you need.

Yes. As with any professional service, my non-refundable concierge fee is for the time, expertise, and care required to create a trip that reflects your needs, preferences, and priorities. This includes researching destinations, evaluating options, coordinating logistics, providing responsive communication with one point of contact, and overseeing every detail, start to finish.
Fees are determined based on the nature, complexity, and length of your trip and will be discussed during the initial consultation before starting any research. I will provide a link to the credit card authorization form for you to securely process your credit card information to cover the professional fee.
Do you charge a fee?
You are never required to book your trip with Imprint Travels after paying the concierge fee or receiving your proposal. This fee covers the time, expertise, and care that go into creating your customized itinerary, and it is not applied toward the cost of the trip. While the fee is non-refundable, it does include full travel management should you choose to move forward — and I would love to handle every detail of your booking and ongoing support.
Do I have to book my trip with Imprint Travels after I pay the concierge fee and receive a proposal? Does this fee go towards the cost of my trip and is it refundable if I decide not to book the trip?
In the travel industry, many essential elements—such as flights, certain hotels, theme park tickets, unique experiences, and specialty services—do not pay commission. And while I often include these components as part of a complete itinerary, they require significant time, expertise, and ongoing professional training to design at a high level.
My concierge fee reflects the elevated service, personalized guidance, and unbiased recommendations I provide to ensure your trip is made entirely to your preferences—not to supplier payouts. It allows me to design with integrity, intention, and complete flexibility, so every detail of your journey feels simple and thoughtfully created. When you hire me, you’re receiving expertise, support, and high-touch care from start to finish—an experience created with only your best interest at heart.
You didn't charge a fee previously and I thought that travel agents work for free. Why don't you do this?
I specialize in comprehensive trip planning, which allows me to create a seamless, cohesive travel experience and add the most value for my clients. Because of this, I’m unable to organize activities or experiences when the other components of the trip are booked separately. However, I’m always happy to provide recommended links for you to book activities on your own and would love to assist with any future travel plans where I can support the full itinerary.
I’ve already booked some elements of my trip. Can you organize just my flights or activities?
During the planning process, my office hours of 9AM to 3PM, weekdays. However, I'm happy to make an exception and arrange an after-hours phone call if your schedule conflicts with the office hours. Once travel begins, I do offer 24/7 support to assist with any questions, adjustments and travel emergencies that might arise.
If I pay the fee, do I have access to you 24/7?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the trip and how early you inquire, but most proposals are delivered within a few days to a week. Complex trips may take a couple of weeks.
How long does planning usually take?
Absolutely—when availability allows and depending on complexity of the trip. I’ll provide honest guidance on realistic options and how to maximize your experience.
Can you help with last-minute travel?
I understand that a lot of people have travel points with credit cards, airlines and hotels. To use those points, you must book with the company that offers them to you. I am unable to accept points as payment for any of the components of travel that I book, but if you would like to use points for some of your trip, I may be able to assist with the rest.
Can I use points to pay for my vacation?
Yes. I do not currently plan trips within the U.S. territories, unless they are part of a cruise package. Theme parks are booked on a case-by-case basis. If your trip falls outside my specialties, please still reach out—I have a wonderful network of travel advisors I can refer you to who specialize in those destinations. My skill is in international travel, including Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, adventure destinations, and culturally rich regions ideal for exploration. If you plan a trip in those areas in the future, I would love to work with you.
